Montclair State University is seeking a motivated, driven, self-directed individual to join the leadership team for its Academically Gifted and Talented Program, as Associate Director. The candidate should have practical, professional experience working within an academic environment and ideally experience with gifted and talented students ranging from kindergarten through high school.

Reporting to the Director of Summer Sessions, Winter Session, and Special Programs, the Associate Director will be responsible for efficiently and effectively directing and coordinating the academically gifted and talented weekend and summer programs in conjunction with the Assistant Director. While there is a strong foundation for this Program, the Associate Director will be expected to responsibly grow enrollment and to evaluate and expand course offerings based on a variety of factors including constituent demand.
