Earlier we posted information that supplied an overview of the new U.S. Department of Education state regulations for online programs and that outlined steps that your institution should take in order to be in compliance.  Yesterday, the DOE issued another "Dear Colleague” letter that extended the deadline for enforcing compliance to July 1, 2014.
