Provide management of all non-semester programs to include certificate and professional programs, continuing education programs, summer academic programs, and summer and winter sessions in the Division of Graduate & Professional Studies, and coordinate online learning initiatives, including faculty and program development for the division and the College. Qualifications: Master’s Degree in a related field required, and a minimum of 3 years previous administrative experience in an institution of higher education.  Familiarity with new and developing practices in higher education, program development and assessment, faculty development, and instructional technology.  Demonstrated collegial style of leadership; and the ability to work with a diversity of individuals and groups across various departments and schools, in addition to representing academic affairs effectively within and outside of the college community.
